Payment Gateways: A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox after payment has been made. Please follow the instructions in the email to log in to your payment provider to cancel the subscription. In the event you did not receive any such email, please contact us.
Note: After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to use your Premium subscription for the remaining days that you have already paid for. Cancelling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on the cancellation date. Deleting/ Deactivating the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed to Sugarbook using your Android device through the Google Play Store, follow these steps for cancellation:
1.Open your Google Play Store app
2.Using the left-hand menu, select Account
3.Go to Subscriptions and select Sugarbook
4.Tap Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed to the old Sugarbook using your Apple ID, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly on your iOS device. Follow the steps below:
1.Go to your iPhone Settings
2.Find and select iTunes & App Store
3.Tap Apple ID and View Apple ID
4.Log in if required
5.Scroll and tap Subscriptions
6.Select TheSugarbook and tap Cancel Subscription
