If you're a free member and your profile is incomplete, you will need to complete your profile first before your photo(s) can enter the approval process. If you're experiencing problems that have not been clarified above, please write it to us by
- Open Sugarbook App
- Tap on Profile tab
- Tap “Contact Support” button
