Please be patient with us! Profiles and photos enter the approval process in the order they were received. This usually takes 24 hours, however, if the site is experiencing a high volume, this process may take up to 48 hours.
If your photo is still being reviewed, it’s only a matter of time and we'll take a look soon! Please visit our Photo Guidelines for a refresher on what's allowed and not allowed on Sugarbook.
If you're a free member and your profile is incomplete, you will need to complete your profile first before your photo(s) can enter the approval process. If you're experiencing problems that have not been clarified above, please write it to us by
- Open Sugarbook App
- Tap on Profile tab
- Tap “Send an Inquiry” button
Please note: Contacting us outside of the app may cause delays, as we will need additional time to locate your account before we can process the next step.
