Someone left hateful comments on a Live, what do I do?

If someone is leaving hateful comments on you or another Streamer's Live, here's what you can do:

1. Tap onto the user's profile in the live chat.
2. On the user's profile, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the profile.
3. Tap Report, followed by the reason why you are reporting the user.

Our support team will further look into the matter.

Alternatively, you can also screenshot the user's comment(s) on the Live and send it to [e-mail].
