In order to message others, you need a public photo and a completed and approved profile.

Open your Sugarbook app. Tap the menu icon at the bottom right of the screen followed by Edit Profile. Ensure that your Basic Information, Financial Information, Location, Appearance, Personal Information, and Description, as well as Photos, are filled out.
