There could be several reasons why your account was not automatically upgraded upon payment.
- Payments may take a short time to process.
- Please wait 1–2 minutes, refresh the app, and check again.
If your account is still not upgraded, contact Support and provide your payment/order receipt (from email) and your registered Sugarbook email so we can verify it for you.
You may contact us by:
- Open Sugarbook App
- Tap on Profile tab
- Tap “Contact Support” button
