It happens! In the event you forget your password, open either the app or web version and head to the login page. Select Forgot Password and enter the email associated with your Sugarbook account and then Reset Password. Check your inbox for a password reset email and you're ready to get sugaring again!

I’m seeing an error code

• Check your internet connection, or try switching between WiFi and mobile data to gauge whether or not the problem is related to your internet connection
• Delete and reinstall the app. Not only will this put you on the latest version of Sugarbook, it’ll also refresh your app experience, which should get things running smoothly again!
