Important notes
Deactivating your account or deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
After cancellation, you will keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no partial credits.
How to cancel (in-app)
Open the Sugarbook app
Tap Profile
Tap Contact Support
Submit your request using your registered Sugarbook email
If you were charged again, the subscription may have renewed before the cancellation took effect. Please contact Support in the app and provide:
Your payment/order receipt from email (not SMS or bank statement)
Your registered Sugarbook email
We will check your subscription status and assist accordingly.
