Allow camera and microphone access.
Move to a well-lit area and avoid shadows or glare.
Keep your face centered, and remove glasses, masks, or filters.
Ensure your internet connection is stable.
Follow the on-screen prompts and keep the camera steady.
If verification is not going through:
Close and reopen the app, then try again.
If the camera will not open or the upload freezes, please contact Sugarbook Support for assistance.
If your verification was not accepted:
Common reasons include:
The video selfie was too dark, blurry, or out of frame.
The face in the video selfie did not clearly match the verification photo.
Please contact Sugarbook Support so we can check your status and reset your verification if needed. After that, you can resubmit your verification.You may contact us by:
- Open Sugarbook App
- Tap on Profile tab
- Tap “Contact Support” button
