Facial verification has two quick steps:
Step 1: Record a short video selfie to confirm your face in real time.
Step 2: Upload a clear photo in the verification section. You may use a selfie from your gallery, as long as it matches your video selfie.
After you submit, our system will review your verification and notify you once it is approved.
Tips to pass the facial verificaiton
When the oval appears, position your face fully inside it within 7 seconds.
Turn your screen brightness up.
Make sure your face is not covered by sunglasses or a mask.
