If you wish to delete your Sugarbook account, please log in to the app and contact Support to submit a deletion request.
NOTE: Please ensure that you have deactivated your account on your end before requesting support to proceed with deletion.
If you have an active subscription, please contact us to cancel it first, as deactivation does not stop subscription charges.
Please note: Contacting us outside of the app may cause delays, as we will need additional time to locate your account before we can process the deletion.
